This is a complete remodel of a 2500 sf ranch home in the Colleyville, Texas area.  Many thanks to our client for providing a vision and great selections of fixtures, flooring and colors throughout.  See this 2 minute video recapping the changes we made to this home.

Items included are:

• Kitchen and Butler’s Pantry Complete Remodel — New Appliances and Fixtures
• Bathrooms – Complete re-layout and remodel
• Trim — Replacement of all Doors (Interior and Exterior), Trim, Shutters and More
• Painting — All of Interior and Exterior
• Lighting — Can lighting in kitchen, family, and formal living room.  New Ceiling Fans and lights changed throughout including closets.  Also included was new exterior coach lighting and flood lights.
• Flooring — New wood, tile and carpet throughout
• AC — Replaced with new energy efficient heat pump with ducts sealed with foam and new insualtion added to attic
• Windows — Replaced all with new Low-E windows
• Office — Converted Bedroom to Office by installing French Doors where windows existed. ….. and much more ….
